These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Phati ERP application for pharmacy and retail-health operations. By using the app, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Use of the App

• You must use the app for lawful pharmacy and retail-health business purposes only.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all pharmacy data entered into the system, including stock, sales, and transactions.
• You agree not to misuse, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the Phati ERP system.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pharmacy account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Data Usage

Phati ERP collects and stores pharmacy operational data to support inventory management, sales tracking, and financial reporting. Use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

4. Availability & Updates

• We aim to ensure high availability of the pharmacy management system but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may update the application and these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in-app or via our website.

5. Limitation of Liability

Phati ERP is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of the pharmacy management system.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

Users may also request permanent deletion of their pharmacy account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@phatierp.com. For details, please see our Account Deletion page.
